Arise from the Shadow can be called a qualitatively new stage in the Ore dake Level Up na Ken series as it is filled with new fantastic story twists and attempts to explore the characters and their relationships more with depth. This season continues with the perks people enjoy from watching Kamen Rider, including the fight scenes and several humorous scenes, but also delves much deeper into the psychological and character development of the main hero and the other characters who assist him in the show.
